Our intelligent escalation system ensures critical alerts are never missed, with automatic escalation to additional contacts if initial notifications aren't acknowledged.
Initial Alert (0 minutes)
Primary contacts receive notifications through all configured channels. An acknowledgment is requested within 5 minutes.
First Escalation (5 minutes)
If no acknowledgment is received, secondary contacts are notified through all channels with increased urgency indicators.
Second Escalation (15 minutes)
Alerts escalate to management level contacts with critical priority flags. Phone calls are automatically triggered in addition to digital notifications.
