Capacitance Based Probe
The AquaCheck Sub-Surface probe is a capacitance-based soil moisture and soil temperature monitoring device offering up to 6 sensors per probe. Our loggers provide reliable and secure communications through the national and global SigFox network.
The logger can be configured to transmit the readings once every 30 minutes, or once every hour, and provide alerts when soil moisture is too high or too low.

Applications and Benefits
The logger is small, compact and easy to install using screws, pop rivets, cable ties or double sided tape.
The probe should be installed using an Aquacheck auger.
Long Battery Life
Standard autonomy up to 10 years.
Data is transmitted via the Sigfox cloud infrastructure to senseitcloud.co.za for processing and reporting. No SIM-card or airtime is required.
Set up alerts and be notified via WhatsApp when soil moisture levels become too high or too low.

We log and store all readings to our cloud servers in real-time and display the data on a user-friendly dashboard. You have access to your data from any device, anywhere in the world. Quality control reports can be customised and sent out automatically.
Our temperature and humidity monitoring solution records readings periodically and logs them directly to the cloud, where they cannot be manipulated, and the management team has access to all historical readings. Our cloud dashboard can be accessed from any device anywhere in the world.
